The first Miss Iran Awards in decades took place on October 21, 2023 in Santa Clara, California, hosted by Payam Javan. The pageant celebrated the beauty, resilience, art, and wisdom of Iranian women.

Fifteen contestants competed in the final round, with Mahsa Mohiti Asli being crowned Miss Iran 2023.
