Former President Trump Vows to Restore Religious Freedom and Defeat Democrats at NRB Convention

Payam Javan: Former President Donald Trump addressed the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) convention in Nashville, Tennessee, on Thursday evening. He emphasized the importance of faith in America and pledged to restore religious freedom if re-elected.

Trump criticized the Biden administration for its policies on illegal immigration, foreign policy, and domestic issues. He accused them of destroying America and vowed to defeat them in the upcoming elections.

He also highlighted his achievements in upholding religious freedom during his presidency, such as blocking the IRS from restricting pastors’ speech and appointing conservative Supreme Court justices.

David Friedman, former U.S. ambassador to Israel under Trump, also spoke at the event, praising Trump’s support for Israel and criticizing the current administration’s policies.

The speech comes amid Trump’s third presidential run and shows his continued efforts to mobilize his religious base.
