Payam Javan: On 5/30/2024, the Sheriff’s Office identified a second victim in the incident that took place at the VTA Children’s Discovery Museum Station. Video surveillance showed Perez chasing the victim around the platform moments prior to assaulting the initial victim.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have been a victim to this incident, or anyone with any information in this investigation to call the Sheriff’s Office at 408-808-4500.

Based on the newly discovered information, Perez is currently pending additional charges of P.C. 646.9 – Stalking and P.C. 415.1 – Disturbing the Peace.
