The special counsel filed a petition last week, prompting the justices to expedite the case.

Habba accused Smith’s team of election interference, suggesting they can’t defeat Trump through the ballots and are resorting to legal tactics. She emphasized Trump’s growing support among voters who perceive him as a victim of undue interference.

Despite speculating on the Supreme Court’s swift action, Habba expressed faith in the justices’ dedication to their roles.
