Judge says Coast Guard officer accused of domestic terror threat should be released to wife’s parents

A federal judge said Tuesday that Christopher Hasson, the Coast Guard lieutenant accused of plotting a domestic terror attack, should be released to the home of his mother-in-law or father-in-law in Virginia.
