Sweden has announced that vaccinations are no longer advised for healthy individuals under the age of 50

Payam Javan: Sweden has made the decision to stop administering Covid-19 mRNA shots to healthy young people under the age of 18.

The warning stated in Swedish that “The general recommendation for basically healthy children aged 12–17 years to vaccinate against covid-19 ends after 31 October, The reason is the very low risk of serious illness and death from covid-19 in children and young people. In the future, vaccination against Covid-19 is recommended for children in special groups.” Additionally, the Swedish health authority made it plain that doctors should consider the proposal in light of the young person’s general state of health.

Sweden has announced that vaccinations are no longer advised for healthy individuals under the age of 50, joining Denmark in doing so.

Indicators like the Social Progress Imperative’s Standard of Living survey have consistently ranked Denmark as the country with the highest quality of life in the world.

According to seroprevalence data, the Centers for Disease Control and Infection revealed in April 2022 that 75% of children had been exposed to Covid-19 as of February 2022. This indicates that the vast majority of kids in the US have natural immunity.

Moderna, petitioned the FDA to approve a fourth dose of its COVID-19 vaccination as a booster dose for all adults
