Poland: classrooms empty as teachers go on national strike

TEHRAN, Apr 09 – Classrooms remained empty in the Polish capital, Warsaw, as kindergarten, primary and secondary school teachers in Poland on Monday launched an indefinite national strike to demand an increase in wages, with the Polish teachers’ uniSaveon ZNP demanding a “solution” from the government.
