Payam Javan: Attorney Joseph D. McBride is submitting a motion to stop the U.S. government from misleading the public about the events of January 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol.

McBride claims that the government’s claims unfairly treat numerous detainees. Fox News host Tucker Carlson recently used new video footage to refute some of the claims made by Biden officials, including the assertion that demonstrators killed police officers during the riots.

Carlson accused Attorney General Merrick Garland of lying when he said five officers died on that day, when in fact none did. The Contents suggests that the U.S. government’s actions are serving the “father of lies” by fabricating evidence to support a false narrative.
