Amazon’s Black Friday Bonanza
Amazon has announced its Black Friday Week 2024 will run from Nov. 21 to Dec. 2, covering both Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Early deals are already live, offering discounts on electronics, toys, fashion, and home goods. Shoppers can save up to 55% on Amazon devices like Fire Smart TVs and Ring doorbells, and up to 50% on brands such as Levi’s and Beats. Prime members enjoy exclusive perks, including grocery discounts and free delivery. Amazon’s VP of North America marketing highlighted the event’s goal of blending savings with the holiday spirit.
Walmart Kicks Off Early Holiday Sales
Walmart started its holiday sales on Nov. 11, offering discounts of up to 70% across categories like cookware, toys, and electronics. Walmart+ members received early access to deals, which became available to the general public at 5:00 p.m. EST. Featured offers include Keurig coffee makers, Gotham Steel cookware, and Beats Solo3 headphones. Walmart stores are ready to cater to holiday shoppers with an array of products designed to fit every budget.
Target Brings Weekly Deals and Price Matching
Target’s holiday sales are spread over weekly promotions running from Nov. 3 to Dec. 24. Shoppers can find up to 50% off on headphones and floor care products, along with 30% off baby gear and home decor. Target is emphasizing convenience with a price-matching policy and extended hours beginning Nov. 30. While stores will be closed on Thanksgiving, doors open early on Black Friday at 6:00 a.m. “Great products, great prices, and an easy shopping experience” remain Target’s promise this season, said Rick Gomez, the company’s chief commercial officer.
